Most pictures we take on plated food is right before it goes out to the guest. We like to keep it Raw and unedited to show off the true world off Comos Kitchen. We usually have one or two guys in the kitchen with a camera in the back pocket ready to go if something is picture worthy.
But not too long ago we had a professional photographer in the kitchen. His name is Chris Bohnhoff and he took some really nice pictures for us. You can check out his blog and the article he wrote on the time he spent with us. He's work is amazing!
